Home and Away Fans – Important Information
Tickets for the selected game are issued in the attendee’s name. Therefore, the name of each attendee must be provided at the time of purchase. On the day of the game, the organisation will also carry out identity checks and require a valid identification document to verify each attendee’s identity.
Valencia Basket welcomes all visiting supporters and aims to ensure a friendly and safe atmosphere at our Arena. Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv supporters wishing to attend the game must obtain their tickets through the “Away Supporters Tickets” form.
Away supporters who purchase tickets in home supporter sections may be moved to the designated away section. If no seats are available there, they may be refused entry to the venue.
Valencia Basket also reserves the right to refuse admission and may take the measures necessary to ensure safety, respect and a positive atmosphere among supporters.
